The 620R represents the ultimate evolution of the Caterham Seven, stripped of all unnecessary features to deliver an uncompromising driving experience. The objective behind the 620R was simple: to make an already radical platform even more extreme. This approach resulted in a tubular chassis, specially developed suspension components and extensive use of carbon fibre. Weighing just 545 kg, with 315 hp on tap, it boasts an exceptional power-to-weight ratio of 1.73 kg per horsepower, surpassing that of a Bugatti Veyron. The 0–100 km/h sprint takes less than 2.8 seconds, thanks to a supercharged 2.0-litre four-cylinder engine. The Seven 620R is not road-legal in France and is intended exclusively for track use.

The example we are presenting today is a Caterham 620R, purchased new from Marcassus Sport in Toulouse in 2015. Showing just under 2,500 original miles, it is one of the rare 620Rs to have been offered for sale.

This 620R is presented in its original launch specification, featuring the iconic “Gulf” style, with a “Riviera Blue” exterior accented by orange stripes. The car remained in the hands of its first owner from new until it was offered for sale by us. It is equipped with a Caged Caterham Competition roll cage, FIA and MSA approved, the original Momo steering wheel and its protective cover. It has been serviced by Caterham Competition France (CCF) since delivery and remains in perfect working order. Despite its compact dimensions, this little Caterham is more than ready to intimidate its rivals at your favorite track days!

The vehicle is available to view by appointment at our showroom or through a virtual presentation. A detailed presentation video and a digital version of the vehicle file are also available upon request and will be provided with pleasure.
